Purchased this for our lake residence exactly where we have a lot of guests. High volume is what we needed. This unit has a whole lot of terrific features. Figured out by trial and error the ideal cook time. It only has one timer so we load and go on both sides and poof, we have waffles. The unit is well worth the capital. Only question is what exactly is the ideal mix so it pours out versus oozing out. Adore it, would invest in once more. four stars and not 5 simply because I rarely put a five on something without having a longer run time.
