This KitchenAid Waffle Baker is excellent. It's built solid, but not too heavy to lift and not too massive to store. The first time it was used, it did stick just a little, but component of that was due to the reality that the batter was not leading notch. I recommend acquiring batter which is specifically Belgian Waffle mix. Make sure and ensure the mix is pressed inside the iron so that you can find no air pockets prior to closing lid to cook.
